By accessing or using DoorOps ("the Service"), including our website at doorops.io or our AI Leasing Assistant via SMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
DoorOps provides property-operations software for landlords and property managers, including an AI Leasing Assistant that communicates with prospective renters via SMS to answer property questions, schedule tours, and facilitate self-guided showings.
3. SMS messaging terms
By texting our toll-free number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from DoorOps in connection with your rental inquiry. These messages may include:
- Responses to your property questions
- Tour scheduling confirmations
- Self-guided tour access codes
- Follow-up messages related to your inquiry

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

4. Landlord and property manager accounts
Property managers and landlords who create accounts are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property and contact information
- Ensuring lockbox codes and listing URLs are kept up to date
- Complying with all applicable fair housing laws when using automated leasing tools
- Maintaining the security of their account credentials
5. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including fair housing laws
- Transmit spam or unsolicited messages
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate.
7. Limitation of liability
